Bakery
A stone building, currently single-story, which originally housed a clay bread oven. Presently used as storage, there have been plans to convert the building into a galleried studio, similar to La Cidrerie. The roof is currently terracotta tiles. The present building measures 3.8m x 4.2m, with additional foundations to either side covering a total area of 8.4m x 4.2m. Services including mains water, wastewater and electricity have already been installed up to the building in anticipation of conversion. Additional original stone is available for further construction or renovation.

Office/workshop
This recent slate roofed extension to the main farmhouse, built on the foundations of an old woodstore lean-to, is built from concrete and cement rendered. Purpose built as an office, with telephone points for both telephone lines (main phone & fax/internet), desk-height electric points and central heating radiator, the building measures 4.9m x 2.6m and also features an internal, lockable WC. Mains water and electricity mean that this could easily be adapted as a utility or workshop. |
Caravan
A secluded two-berth caravan, with kitchen, & chemical toilet. The caravan is set into the garden and is completely hidden behind herbaceous borders, trees and creepers. Mains electricity is installed. |
